Welcome to Triple One Care, provider of First Aid Courses and Manual Handling Training.
Run by Debbie Smith, Registered Nurse and New Zealand Resuscitation Instructor.  Debbie has over 15 years of experience working and teaching in English and New Zealand hospitals.
So what do we do?
First Aid
Full Workplace: First Aid courses run in accordance with NZQA and OSH (Unit Standards 6400, 6401, 6402)
Workplace Refresher: to keep up with those skills learnt two years previous
Lifesaver Parties: 2 hour parties run at your home to learn how to keep your child alive in an emergency until help arrives
Kits: Full range of kits available from 2 people kits up to multiple casualty trauma backpacks.
Manual Handling: Manual handling training for carers, health care assistants and nursing staff. Teaching covers biomechanics, ergonomics. Legalities and equipment. Training can be done either at your establishment or at Whakatane Hospital. Those enrolled in the “Support of the Elderly Person” can also be assessed against Unit Standard 5012 (Lift and Position a Person Safely).
