Welcome to Core Accountants Ltd Whakatane, a long time Whakatane accounting practice previously operating as Graeme Lee & Associates and Accounting HQ, now known as Core Accountants Ltd.

About Us
Core Accountants Ltd is newly owned by Adam Greene and his wife, Sian, who is the assistant manager at Coastlands Preschool. Adam and Sian live on a lifestyle block in Awakeri with their two sons and are expecting a third in November.
Adam started working in Whakatane in September 2006 when he joined Graeme Lee & Associates straight out of University. Adam has a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University and became a Chartered Accountant in June 2011. He received his Certificate of Public Practice from the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants in February 2014.
Adam recently purchased the Whakatane practice of Accounting HQ and, with a keen eye on the future development and progress of the accountancy practice, was eager to fast track a rebrand of the business. This has been achieved in less than two months from purchase.
Core Accountants Limited boasts a very loyal staff, some of whom have been with the practice over 20 years. The newest staff member has been with them for four years.
The long serving team have developed great relationships with their clients, along with building an excellent knowledge of their organisations. The team is enthusiastic about supporting and enabling businesses to be the best they can be. Whether it is business services, taxation, business development, accounting software, or specialist services they consider it their responsibility to be innovative and ensure they always add value.
Core Accountants Limited continues to operate out of its premises in Esplanade Mall, opposite the Whakatane Library, at 43 Kakahoroa Drive, Whakatane. They are open from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. They would love to see you.
