The Annual General Meeting of the Eastern Bay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Incorporated) will be held Thursday 13 August 2020.

Update: Due to the latest Covid 19 announcement of the country moving into Level 2, as a precautionary measure we have made the difficult decision to hold our Annual General Meeting on 13 August online via Zoom. This is your opportunity to hear what the chamber has been doing over the last 12 months, review the financial statements, and find out who the board members are for the year.

We will have online electronic voting and the voting deadline will be on the day of the AGM on 13 August 2020. Each business gets one voting ballet and each business must be a current member of the Eastern Bay Chamber of Commerce and membership paid up to date. Details for voting registration will be released when voting opens.
