“Kawerau on the Rise” – Live Well, Be Well” 18th -23rd July, 2016

Kawerau Youth Council in partnership with the Dream Chaser Foundation proudly present “Kawerau on the Rise” – a week long initiative that puts the spotlight on our health as a community. Incorporating physical, mental, family and spiritual health, the event schedule will see an exciting array of activities, demonstrations, workshops and guest speakers, leading up to a Health Expo on Saturday 23rd July.

We invite you to take part in this community event to showcase your Business/ Organization/Cause. We are currently seeking the following:

Activities focused on Youth Health throughout the week
Expo Stall Holders from Health based Organizations, Not for Profit Organizations and groups
Guest Speakers/ workshop facilitators

Stall holder application forms for the Live Well, Be Well Health Expo on 23 July are available here.

Stall holder applications must be completed and signed and sent to 105 College Road, Edgecumbe.

If you would like to return the form via email, please print, fill out, sign and scan the form then email to keri@dreamchaser.co.nz

There is no stall fee to participate but spaces are limited. Approval will be granted on a first in, first served basis and must fit within the following themes:

Physical health – Keeping communities moving
Mental health – Mind/body wellness and empowerment
Family health – Engaged and caring families
Spiritual wellness
