Envirohub BOP are gearing up again for SustainableBackyardsTM in March 2016. The event calendar provides you and your organisation a chance to be loud and proud about your commitment to sustainability, restoring the environment, building strong resilient communities in the process.

Envirohub BOP invite Iwi, community groups, small business, education institutes, councils and inspired individuals to register an event for Sustainable Backyards in March 2016. This could take the form of a workshop, working bee, open day, talk, festival. This is a great opportunity to receive some free publicity and connect with more people.

Sea Week (28th Feb - 6th March)
Earth Hour (19th March)
Neighbours Day Aotearoa (19th-20th March)

Home & Garden Trail

As part of Sustainable Backyards, Envirohub BOP are also organising a Sustainable Home and Garden trail map which will feature eco homes and gardens as well as community gardens throughout the Bay. To take part we invite people to open their home and/or garden to the public for 2 hours on a weekend day in March.
