Mindful Meditation Course
Join Christine Balzer-Gibbs for a course exploring mindfulness and meditation practices, breath awareness, and reflective enquiry to discover the stillness of Being beyond thought, story, and identity.
Christine brings over 35 years of experience in health and wellness, teaching yoga, meditation, and kinesiology, and supporting clients through her naturopathy and kinesiology practice. She is passionate about consciousness and helping people connect with their own inner wisdom.
In this course, you will learn techniques for observing the mind without judgment, allowing access to deeper states of stillness and presence. Both ancient and contemporary meditation methods will be explored.
The course is suitable for everyone, from beginners to experienced meditators.
Time: Monday evenings, 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Location: Ancient Arts Studio, 180 The Strand, Whakatane
Investment: $108 for all six classes or $20 per casual class
